    FAMILY-OWNED SINCE 1950

W.K. "Jack" Jones founded this company in 1950. His grandson Jack II owns it today. Jack III and Jake — the 5th generation — are in the trucks. That's not a franchise. That's a family.

    FIVE GENERATIONS DEEP

Plumbing has been the Jones family trade since before Service Plumbing had a name. The boys grew up on job sites. When they show up at your door, they've been doing this their whole lives.

    BUILT ON A
    HANDSHAKE.
    STILL IS.

    1950

    W.K. "Jack" Jones

Founded Service Plumbing in Ardmore with a single truck and a simple promise: show up, fix it right, charge a fair price. His own father — a plumber too — came on to help. The trade was already in the blood.

    1974

    Jack Jones

The second generation took the reins. Grew the crew, kept the values. Ran the business until he passed in 2015.

    1997

    Jack Jones II

Joined full time and never looked back. Took over ownership when his dad passed in 2015. Still answers the phone himself. Still drives to jobs.

    Today

    Jack III & Jake

The fifth generation is in the trucks. Jack III holds his contractor's license. Jake just came on board. Two boys raised on job sites, carrying the same name into the next chapter.

"They came out same day and got a leak I found on my supply line coming into my home fixed in my yard just after my water meter. I appreciate having my water back on. Especially right before a winter storm. Thank you!"

"Jack and his crew were very friendly and did an amazing and quick job for me at a fair price! I had a sediment water filter added and a change of my existing water filter and I am super happy with the results. Thank you again Jack and I will continue to use your plumbing services!"

"We called Service Plumbing on Monday for a clogged mainline. Originally, the earliest they could get to us was on Thursday. Since, they were recommended by another service provider in the area, we agreed to wait. We were surprised when we got a call later Monday afternoon that they were in the area and could stop by. They had our mainline working in less than 30 minutes. They even repaired the outlet I ran over with the lawnmower 😁 which involved them leaving to get a part. The two gentlemen were so nice and knowledgeable. The best part is the price was very reasonable!"

"Fast, knowledgeable and caring. These guys were great. We were having trouble with our dishwasher and suspected it to be our water line but we were not sure. They called and consulted us before our appointment and let us know the possible outcomes and were up front with what they could and could not do as far as repairing our dishwasher vs repairing plumbing issues. Once they showed up to our house they were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, again going over our options and giving suggestions on alternative solutions that did not benefit them. I would absolutely recommend Service Plumbing Co."

They are efficient once they get there and the pricing is terrific. You don’t feel like you’re being taken advantage of. I highly recommend Service plumbing."
